There is a very in-depth level of customisation that is available for you to achieve. You can customise the user defined text fields, check boxes and date fields. Default values can also be added to save the time taken to enter that data. The reports offer a flexible choice of selection criteria and report results.

The administrator also has the ability to provide links to upcoming events in the community, the church calendar and also to publish the church newsletter on the website. The easy to use menu can be arranged nicely at the top of the members section and at the bottom. The administrator can also choose to add four menus to the top and bottom. All up the member control centre offers all of the necessary tools for your community and can save you alot of organisation time and data entry. Search is possible by Member Name or by First letter of the member name. 2.c. Search result. List of found members, with links "View profile" and "e-mail this member" near each member. 3.
